Customized food parcels were distributed among needy families in the countries we serve

Fresh meat shares were gifted to impoverished refugee families spreading joy during Eid Al Adha

Warm Iftar meals were shared those fasting despite being hungry, displaced and struggling with poverty

“Whoever gives the food of fast-breaking to the faster shall have the like of the faster in reward, not diminishing the reward of the faster in the slightest,” said Prophet Mohammed, Pbuh.

Ramadan Food Distribution

During the holy month of Ramadan, United Hands Relief enables donors to celebrate and give charity by facilitating food distribution to families in need

Give Generously During This Holly Month

Give today, transform lives, and multiply your blessings during this holy month. You can provide a needy family with enough food to last them the whole of Ramadan for only $100, or a hot, comforting Iftar meal for just $10.

Udhiya/Qurbani Giving

During the days of Eid ul-Adha, Muslims can follow the tradition of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham), peace be upon him, to provide fresh meat to impoverished families around the world. Donors can sponsor shares of cows or sheep to fulfill this great service and celebratory gift to needy families in any of the countries where we work.

Donate Your Udhiya/Qurbani With UHR

By donating your Udhiya/Qurbani, you’ll be Fulfilling an Islamic Tradition that Fights Hunger.

Winter Relief

For refugees and families living in poverty, the cold can be deadly.  Wind, rain and freezing temperatures invade their damaged homes that offer little to no protection from the cold weather elements. Young malnourished children are particularly vulnerable to colds, flu, and other cold-weather viruses that may, unfortunately, be fatal. Our goal is to keep people warm while we continue to fight the spread of COVID-19. Together, we can do so much!

Give the Gift of Warmth

By donating, you will bring warmth and make a difference in their lives.

Ramadan - Feed a Family

Food insecurity casts a shadow over countries like Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Yemen, Bangladesh, Somalia, Kenya, Iraq, Bosnia and more. Rising food prices mean that poor families are unable to access nutritious food.

In 2020, with your support, UHR was on the ground in 16 countries working to provide impoverished families with the food they need for the month of Ramadan – distributing Ramadan food parcels, warm Iftar meals and water.

Thank You is Not Enough

“I am unemployed, and just like all my neighbors we are dependent on food aid. This food parcel is a life saver. I have been awake for nights thinking how will feed my family during Ramadan. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

We Can Finally Celebrate Eid

“I am very excited that we have received a variety of food items including meat and chicken. We haven’t eaten meat in a very long time. We are being showered by Allah’s blessings.”

Keeping Families Warm

“We received winter clothes for the children, a heater and blankets. My children often come down with colds and flus because they can’t stay warm in winter. Your gift is a life saver.”

“Whoever feeds the person who is breaking his fast, he will not have his reward (for his fasting) without decreasing anything from the reward of the fasting person.” Al-Tirmithi.

Feed the Fasting

One of the most preferred acts of charity that a Muslim can perform during Ramadan is to feed other Muslims who are fasting. With your support, donations are allocated to specific countries, and our teams and partners distribute food to those who need it most.

Spread Joy with a share of Meat

During Eid Al Adha 2020, your generous donations enabled us to feed some of the world’s most vulnerable people in disadvantaged communities. As well as working in 14 countries globally, we shared your gifts of meat locally too.

The Joy of Warmth

Battling the cold amidst a global pandemic is the final hardship for the world’s most vulnerable people – displaced refugees. UHR is on the ground in 6 countries distributing critical winter relief kits and heaters to protect families against cold, hunger and COVID-19.
